Romans 9:30 KJV
What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
Why Grace Works Ministry?

Undoubtedly, many who visit this site will dismiss Grace Works as yet another “anti-Mormon” group that has nothing better to do than cast aspersions at the faith of decent people just trying to live their lives as best they can while following the religion of their choosing. The question usually comes, “Why can’t you just let us believe what we believe and you believe what you want to believe?”

Our answer to this is that we are not anti-Mormon—we love our Mormon friends, family members, and acquaintances—and we absolutely are fine with you believing what you want to believe and following the religion of your choosing. We fully support the exercise of free will, or what Mormons call free moral agency.

Our ministry is predicated on Christ’s instructions to make disciples of all the nations and teach them to obey all that Christ commanded (Matthew 28:20). It is in these instructions that we are compelled by our Lord and Savior to present light and truth to all who will see and hear. After all, where is free moral agency without free examination of what is true and what is not?

Mormonism makes many claims about truth—claims that cause some people to embrace the teachings of Mormonism. However, those claims contradict clear Biblical teachings regarding the nature of God, salvation, and the historical reliability of the Bible. The claims of Mormonism regarding the Book of Mormon, and other Standard Works, also contradict historical fact and reveal an ever shifting system of beliefs.

The Bible teaches us to prove, or test, all things and hold on to what is good, or true (1 Thessalonians 5:21). If Mormonism is true, then Mormons have nothing to fear; but if it is not, then many are being deceived and will earn far less than a lesser degree of glory—they will be eternally separated from God in outer darkness.

Such a proposition deserves nothing less than a fair and free examination of Mormonism’s truth claims, apart from which there can be no exercise of free moral agency. Of course, part of our commission is to hold out the light and truth in a spirit of love, grace, and peace. That we will do by the grace of Christ.
